Rana Singh, Can you provide some reliable source for the "Law of Self Preservation" you mention ?

This is the first time I hear about it. To the best of my knowledge a person has the right to kill only in self defence.

If I pullout a gun and aim at a possible intruder at my home I dont think he has a "lawful right" to kill me to protect/preserve his own life. It is I who has to the right to kill to protect myself or my family not the intruder or a person threatening me.
