Hi,
We had this position based in Bangalore with one of our clients and request anyone to revert with latest MS Word CV, CTC and notice period in case of fit and interest. As interviews have commenced, timing is essential.
Company: a leading global provider of software solutions with majority of the world's largest telecom operators as their customers and with a presence in over 60 countries is looking for a GLOBAL FINANCE CONTROLLER
The Global Finance Controller will be responsible for ensuring preparation and completion of the Company's audited consolidated financial results. He/she will report monthly operating results compliance and controls and tax planning/compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
� Undertake the annual budgeting exercise along with the COO/Heads of the various Business Units/ Geography Heads, based on analysis of past trends and forecasting
� MIS
� Quarterly and annual consolidation of accounts including statutory audits in all the regions as per relevant GAAP
� Insurance - day to day management of the Company's insurance program including liaising with brokers and underwriters
� Tax : overall tax planning activities, transfer pricing, repatriation of funds from overseas subsidiaries in a tax effective manner
� Controlling regional operations : revenues, collection, expenses etc.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
� Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 11 to 13 years of experience
� Should have handled a team of at least 6 members, preferably qualified Chartered Accountants with smaller teams reporting to one's direct reports
� Experience in consolidation of subsidiary accounts and in getting them audited
� Experience in handling overseas teams with regular interactions (for example : at least weekly)
