Frame of mind is a film production company based in Bangalore, involved in the production of Documentaries Corporate and Advertising films. Our work has increasingly moved to Mumbai and we are looking for a Mumbaikar who will fill the role of our ‘representative’ and look after our clients in and around Mumbai. We are looking for a person who is a fresh grad from college with God given commonsense, a pleasant disposition and a huge amount of reliability & commitment. Some knowledge of video production would come in handy, but is not essential. We can quickly train you and bring you to speed.
The nature of work would primarily be that of being the contact person, who clients in Mumbai would call if they needed anything new, or to trouble shoot an existing programme. Other than that our team would need assistance in the coordination of a shoot or post production (editing animation voice recording etc) being done in studios at Mumbai. Occasionally you may be required to travel at short notice, typically to Bangalore, if any meetings or production so demands.
Whenever there is a breather, you can carry the showreel and meet a few potential clients who could give us more films to make.
This job won’t make you rich straight away, but the learning is invaluable and incomparable; if you stay committed there is a huge potential to grow as an individual and in the industry. (In fact we have youngsters coming from all over the world to train with us:

If you already have experience that would be fine too, there is always loads to learn anyway.

We have done all we can to ensure we keep this always before us in our dealings with fellow workers, suppliers, vendors, clients etc (the terminology is only for ease of reference) and we expect anyone who partners with us to hold that supreme.
Since you are so well connected, do please pass the word around that we are also looking for an Assistant Director and an Offline Editor cum Visual Effects person to work on the AVID and other compositing software. Soon we intend to add the Final Cut Pro studio as well.
