Folks,
I have a decent 30x40 site with full paperwork, in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar on Mysore Road, about 2km inwards from the Arch. Its been there for quite sometime and I was waiting for the area to develop before I put up something.
Lots of development has happened with structures mushrooming all around. Now I would like to have either a Ground+2 or 2-story house/flats built in there, mainly for renting it out or probably outright sale later.
I prefer to deal with an enterprising creative architect/builder who can take this up as a pet project to come up with something most optimum to use the space and create maximum value.
I dont want to look at an astronomical figure for constructing this, since i dont prefer going in for a loan. Alternatively, if someone comes up with a Joint Development offer to take up the building cost, please let me know the proposal and we could partner.
Idea is to best use the place and get maximum value of it.
