Position- Area Sales Manager
Locations: Jammu, Noida, Agra, Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Karnal, Sahranpur, Ranchi, Siliguri, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, Asansol, Coimbatore, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum, Vishakhapatnam, Trichy, Hubli, Bangalore, Chennai, Nasik, Aurangabad, Goa, Baroda, Raipur, Gwalior, Mumbai
Profile:
- MBAs (prefer top B school with 2-3 yrs work exp) or 4-5 yrs from a non premier B school
- Experience in similar capacity in consumer product industry.
- Experience in retail management and dealing with distributors and wholesalers
- Ambitious and willing to work hard to achieve targets.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Channel strategy for a defined territory/region and manage the region as a P&L
- Develop and manage the channel partner in line with Motorola channel strategy and maximize Mobile phone sales
- Ensure channel marketing activities are initiated and implemented in the field
