A mid seized Software Development company based out of Bangalore having offices in US & Kuwait is looking to fill
in the following position:
Position: Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Associate
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1-2 years
Work timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday / 9.30 am to 2 pm Saturday
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Desired profile:
1. Good exposure of Handling International / Corporate Sales
2. Strong Sales and Sales Management Skills (Lead Generation, Funnel Management, Account Management, Pricing and Negotiations)
3. Marketing skills (pricing for deals, competitor analysis, positioning of our products essential)
4. High level of confidence to meet /discuss with senior Managers of Corporate
5. Give demonstrations/presentations of our software products & services
5. Ability to close large deals
6. Ability to prioritize and focus to drive revenues
7. Strong Relationship management skills with good Presentation skills
8. Willing to travel
Experience in Online business promotion and Online lead generation will be an added advantage. Also, should be capable of generating ideas for web promotion etc.
