Job Description Design & implement HR strategies / policies and processes. Monitoring & Managing the HR operational budget. Employee Induction & Orientation. Competency development & mapping Compensation & Benefits , Benchmarking, Payroll Management, FBP, Incentive Scheme Administration Statutory compliance Reward and Recognition. Career and succession planning Grievance handling & counseling. HR Audit HR - ERP Coordination, implementation & monitoring. Employee Separation & Analysis, Full & final settlements Candidate Profile MBA-HR with 7-10 years of experience In-depth knowledge of HR policies & systems Dynamic with excellent communication and presentation skills, proven leadership skills, Innovative thinking ability. Should have interacted with the Top Talent or the Vertical Heads of the organization.
