I want to start an old age home |

Iam based in the city of cochin, Kerala,(India) known the world over as god's own country - it is one of the most beautiful country in the world.
As a huge number of my countrymen are working elsewhere, a large number of old people are left alone to fend for themselves. Though there is no lack of medical and other facilities and economically too they are better off, they find themselves all alone when their children go seeking their lifestyle.
These reasons have made me and my wife realise that an old age home will be an ideal way of giving back to society what we have earned from it and it would also provide us solace in our own old age.
we are already owning a plot of 1 acre land with a modern building on it which is unoccupied at present. we plan to have one of the best and well run institution of its kind at this location which is just 20 minutes drive from the city of cochin.
We seek help, suggestions and enquiries on this proposal.
