Nita, Thank you for posting. I have been on major travel and have neglected the site for awhile. Though my 35 years of marketing networking products I find that trying to get 20 of this or 50 of that is not really tangable. It is easier to focus on a visable goal such as a new car. Figure that if you get 20 reps that you will have the income for a new car. Now each time you get a new rep add value to your car. Such as, go to the dealers with the first rep signed, test drive the car on the 5th rep, fill out pre finance information on the 10th rep and so on. Now you have your goals and you focus on 5 reps for the test drive instead of 5 reps as a number. Happy New Year.
