Hi Vinod,
There is a company called Cingari (based out of Delhi, owned by Chetan Seth) who has tied up with Habanos (Cuban Govt's cigar export co) to distribute it's cigars in India.
They in turn have tied up with many five star hotels & high end bars to retail their cigars.
Your best bet is to buy your cigars from the bars of the Oberoi hotels in India. They also sell by the box, cigars are well humidified & prices are comparable to european standards :-))
Cingari also has a nice store of the same name in The Oberoi (New Delhi), which is worth checking out!
