Hi Monk,
I am not too familiar with Kerala & HP. However, there is a good cigar shop called "Coronation Cigars" in South Mumbai which sells some Trichy cigars.
Brands you may like: London Calling, Piccolo, Black Tiger.
unfortunately trichy cigars are quite harsh (like cheaper honduran cigars) & are not too well packed.
however, they are smokable & VERY cheap :-))
