I am a Girl Scout and I have been one for 16 yrs. WOW! That is a long time. Here in Texas the enrollment fee is simply $7 with financial aid for those who need it. Cost for uniforms vary, but I would sign her up and then let her troop leader work out the details for you. You usually don't need them unless you are doing a sponsored event, but it is always good to be prepared.
