Great Manifestations for Martin and David |

As some of you know, I became the private prosperity mentor (and CMO - Chief Manifesting Officer) for two companies related to resort destination clubs. I related the details in a previous post entitled, "So, What's Marilyn Manifesting These Days", http://www.ryze.com/posttopic.php?topicid=655570&confid=481.
I am happy to share some of the results that have consummated as a result of our prosperity work. My heart has always been focused on helping individual students overcome their limited mindsets and find their prosperity, but I have to admit that taking my gifts into the business world is very exciting also. It only proves that the laws of prosperity are impersonal and will work for anyone and any circumstance. Our job is to choose what we want in life, learn to align ourselves with the laws, and go for it. The Universe doesn't care how small or large our request. It will respond. We can grow our consciousness and grow the size of our requests.
Now, speaking of large requests...
Martin Thomas, http://www.ryze.com/go/martin0, is the owner of the island, Little Eden Cay, and has developed the new destination resort company, Very Fabulous Properties, http://www.veryfabulous.com, since we met.
As I mentioned in the previous post, Little Eden Cay was just chosen last month for a huge American Express promotion for its cardmembers. The exciting promotion and video is now online and can be viewed at this American Express site:

This promotion will provide over a million dollars worth of advertising and exposure that will greatly benefit Very Fabulous Properities overall, since the island is the company's main asset at this time.
I also mentioned that Martin and his family will be featured on the largest television network in New Zealand in April. Well, I just received word from him that the film crew from New Zealand arrives at the island tomorrow. Martin and his family have been staying on the mainland in Managua but they are now back at the island and have limited Internet connectivity. So I couldn't wait to share this exciting news myself.
Oh, did I mention that these arrived for Martin and his family "out of the blue"? When you think about it, Nicaragua is not exactly the place where one can easily do business networking :-)
On the horizon also are manifestations for David Stewart, http://www.ryze.com/view.php?who=MrSurfTheWeb, founder of our other destination club venture, Koala Tee Resorts, which has several divisions, http://www.cartellabella.com. David is in final negotations for venture capital funding. Details on this later. He is also taking over another family vacation residence club that is already operational called Choice Escapes, http://www.choiceescapes.com. I never knew about destination clubs before David contacted me on Ryze last year and brought this new prosperous world to light. And to think it all started because I had posted about my bookings for my client, Campbell and when David clicked on the link to Martin's island, which I had booked for Campbell, he came up with the idea of launching a destination club - only his would allow the members to have ownership in the vacation properties. In other words, not only will the club members have access to stay in ALL of the club's vacation properties worldwide, they will also have deeded ownership in a property.
With Martin's company, the club members will own a percentage of the assets of the company. Both Martin and David's clubs include many special features that existing clubs do not provide.

And as a final note, founding memberships are currently being sold for both David and Martin's companies. If you have contacts who may be interested in speaking with them, please let me know. There are finder's fees for referrals built into the business plans, and you never know, it could turn out to be a prosperity manifestation for some of you resourcesful thinkers.
