I just made stir-fried bok choi and mung bean sprouts with no oil...just a broth base of spices, onion, garlic, soy sauce, miso and...tea!!!!
I got the idea from a wonderful tea shop here in Santa Cruz called Asana. In addition to their wonderful teas they make tea-infused healthy foods. I love this place! Come visit, y'all!
Warm regards, Carol
