Hi TWN members,
I read an article about menu trends for the upcoming year. Read this and have a laugh:
Trend #3: Tea
Tea has grown as a trend for several years and it won't stop in 2009. Tea offers warmth, relaxation and anti-oxidant benefits making it the perfect complement to many menus or a great treat on its own. Chef Febbraro notes that trends in tea will continue and even grow in the coming year. Both restaurants and diners will see the benefits in consuming a cup of tea or two.
Are they kidding us? We've known this for years.
