It's been awhile since I visited this network. I must respond to this post though.
One thing that always annoys me about restaurants is that they will continuously fill a coffee lover's cup. And yes,they will bring more hot water if one is drinking tea. But you have to pay if you want a second teabag to go with the hot water.
I like my tea fairly well steeped and a second pot of hot water with the same teabag makes the tea weak. In my opinion, it's sort of like using coffee grounds all over again.
One of my favorite places to go now is Panera Bread. Do you have them where you live? It's a nice place to meet and to take your laptop and hang out too.
My fav is their English Breakfast tea. You can get it in a nice big cup if you want to.
And they let you take a second teabag there!
