Big brother anyhow watches you even if you send an innocent message to an innocent friend. So subscribing to Sarkari post.com is not going to do more harm, in my openion, But, lot of useful information about recruitment drive in nationalised banks are made available to you with access to the original advertisement from the respective banks.

My openion is that if the probation is cleared in the stipulated period, then the managment is required to give reasons for not doing so clearly pointing out the fields where the employee is lacking and giving him/her time/final warning for improvement which will pave way for the management to dismiss the employee if not found suitable. But, the rules are followed differently for officer cadre and staff cadre. As the staff cadre has the statutory protection, the rules of information are followed very strictly. Even the services of daily wages employee cannot be dismissed easily even within 180 days as questions can be asked by the labour ministry if another daily wages emplpoyee was posted for the same post.

That is why a PSU/Govt. organisation is like a second home for many. a home never closes his doors for the occupants na?
