May 19, 2004 12:31 pm Tracking everyone's employment status: Any legal constraints?
Joseph Urban
Hello,

Is there any legal constraint to independently tracking a person's employment status? I suppose this is more sensitive in Europe than in the US.

Also, I'd value your opinons on how individuals would perceive having a third party track that employment status. If managed in a secure, non-public manner, would this seem acceptable to you?

Thanks!
