Hey Barbara,
As far as recruiting people who don't quit, mean what they say and do thw work. I think we'd all love it if everyone who joined our business did this but honestly, it's a pipe dream. The proper question you've got to ask if how can I recruit tons of more people so the ones who aren't serious can just be and the ones who are will come up. In the end the numbers will always be the same because this is marketing, 80% of the people will do nothing and 20% WILL do something and thats just the way it is. In the time (and money) you'd spend trying to weed out every single person who isn't serious, you could have recruited so many others and get allot who are. Besides if you've got a great product that serves the your customers than everyone will be a customer and thats how you make your money anyways (at least I sure hope so).
I hope this advice is worthy for you.
