Will Whoever told you that doesn't know much about network marketing. A good upline is one of the best resources you can have; for help, training, support, presentations, to stop you 'reinventing the wheel', to place people in your downline (if your plan allows it) etc. Having said that, if your upline is less than perfect it then becomes your job to be the 'instant leader'. The sooner your upline becomes redundant in your business the better. Similarly for you - your job is to make yourself redundant. Warren
