is underway with a minor few updates.
the first stage of the Global IT Masterplan is completed.
from the period 1999 to 2003 the R&D has been accomplished and the "Niche" has been found.
It is a big niche, complex yet broad, but tangible.
the r&d needs weeding out and i have decided to launch the roll out second stage of the project in Guam. In addition to the rollout, GUAM will be pia d'or main headquarter, san francisco, seattle as the u.s. base for trade and transport technologies in the energy (import/export) industries. To date, that was the findings, yet still has to be explored for supply and demand. There is a demand for energy export technologies, but the supply of project developers has not been tapped.
Therefore, just a short note to keep all abreast, I am in Guam and in transition. But big plans ahead as Guam holds the key to the successful launch.
