P I A D'OR		Strategically GUAM, USA has become an emerging role as a key military location in the aftermath of the Sept. 11. Military projects are headway for FY 2005: 1. $13 Million upgrade to Kilo Wharf 2. $20 Million war reserve material storage facility 3. Runway repairs This is only the beginning. Guam is behind in technology, better for us to begin positioning strategies on technology equpment, IT solutions, networking supplies/materials, etc. More information and articles in the New York Times.
