If you are receiving this, you are probably aware that our primary business is focused on educating, mentoring and equipping Christian entrepreneurs. There is a sense of urgency and importance to this post. We just added a major capital component for seniors, ministries and non-profit organizations. It's a program that we've been chosen to represent that can literally raise millions for these groups, and what's so unique about it is that it doesn't require money out of anyone's pocket. We have access to institutional investors who are *buying* unused insurability of qualified seniors...in other words, we aren't selling anything. We are buying. These seniors have an asset that they're not even aware of...their unused insurability...their Hidden Treasure!
Where does the fundraising and benefit to the senior come in? A senior will have many choices when this policy is in place for their estate and one option is to sell this policy. Qualified seniors are given major financial incentives if they qualify with our underwriting guidelines, and with those very large checks they can donate all or part of it to the Christian non-profit organization of their choice! It truly is a new asset class that most people are not aware of.
Although every person is different, there are qualified seniors who have received well in excess of $100,000 for an asset they did not know existed. In many cases, it has exceeded $300,000 to the qualified senior. There are NO out of pocket expenses for the senior and NO risk. It is a very simple process that I will manage for the senior. Once again, at no cost or risk to the senior and in fact, we will encourage them to consult with their financial advisor, attorney and CPA, once we determine if they qualify.
