My Feelings……….. About this run deep……
Appreciation of Art is the depth of understanding. This is merely an extension of our souls. As is the ‘solidification’ of the air we breathe in and release. It is the mind, the soul, and the thought placed into a manifestation of a concrete expression of which we feel. It is a communication on a different level that most people do not hear. This is the capture and release of positive and negative energies. Art is Cleansing. It is the water that runs through us. For a time… yes. Other people’s opinions confounded me. As a child in first grade I loved art class. Growing up I was contorted into the ‘typical’ job field. And all this time it has felt like a thorn in the insole of my foot penetrating with every step. So the question…. Do I care about what others think of my Art…. I do... but I do not … I care about now from the ones I respect that also can understand the concept that it need not be what they like or wish to understand and allow the freedom for me to feel out my soul. Admiration and Envy are nothing more than love and hate… the abyss of not feeling is the only true opposite. They are both strong emotions and I believe it comes into ones character to judge the intentions on how they feel. The one who can not see nor care is the one whom shall be dismissed. Admiration.. Envy.. Dissidence… void of course…Growth are all cyclical…. Obviously you did not take the time to create this site if you can not see. After all you have drawn us all here.

| 06/25/04 | The Five-Element Color Theory # |
Anna Chung
|
Hi Geniuses: I am a new member to SOGAC! Nice to meet you!
Would you like to input some extra meanings to your art works? There is a theory, called Five-Element Color Theory. It can be applied to anything with color, such as art, painting, interior design, clothes, product package, product color design, and food presentation, etc.
You may find it interesting. As more and more people are aware of this theory, they might use this theory to interpret an art as I do.
I wrote an article, “ Analyzing Software Package Design by Applying the Five-Element Color Theory: the case of Apple Remote Desktop” and posted it on my page.
Welcome to visit my Ryze page. After you read the article, you probably can identify some of the five-elements in your art works and figure out what effects your work might bring to you or your clients.
Sincerely, Anna

Ladies First
So Thank You Yvette & Frank
Yvette your image Portal Earth & Franks image Multmona Falls to me they work together in many ways. One off the top of my list is.
Portal Earth is a view of earth from some other planet.
Franks Multmona Falls looks like a rocket ship blasting
off some Planet to Earth.
I have long held the belief that if an image can take you
to another place it is art. You both have Genius, I thank you both for showing it on SOGAC.
Sincerely,
Elwood
