Barbara Hauck | | If you contact the person through private messages, you can let them know that you'd like to add them as a friend.
You send them your email. They then post it in the invite friends area, and because you are both in ryze is automatically adds you both - each in each one's friends list.
for instance my email is a2z4health@att.net
I would be delighted if you would please add me as a friend
