I am promoting my free and paid teleclasses coming up this month and in the next few months...
Before I do that, I want to offer a tip. It may be something you've heard before. Yet, this time, I hope that you will act on it. So many times we extend ourselves to others without the gift of nurturing ourselves! I learned this the hard way.
As a Divine Life Coach and Minister in Training, I have a to-do list a mile long. It seemed to fuel me to be "needed," to be the one willing to go the mile when others wouldn't or couldn't. I was wrong. I see now where I failed to take care of myself! My weight went up, flexibility and strength down. Over the past year I crawled out of the hole that I created for myself and am ready to soar. I've been on a path of self nurturance and of deep healing. What I gained was clarity, what I lost (and still am) are pounds of pain, extra weight, too much stuff, and resentments to boot!
I am left feeling higher, lighter, and with a deep sense of wisdom and knowing... I am passing on this joyous feeling in my teleclasses.
Don't do what I did. Even if you have done the same by not caring for yourself the way you cared for others, you can reverse it! Let me support you in living your dreams. Use the Law of Attraction and other spiritual principles to live a dynamic life!
