David Schwartz | | Hey guys, I am glad to see that our group is getting some action and postings. I like to see that. I hope all is well, and everyone is having a great new year.
I wanted to speak out for a second and just let everyone know who I am and what I do. I am the Network Leader of this group, and I hope you are all getting something out of it.
I am a commercial and residential lender out of Las Vegas, NV. My main focus here is to talk to you about commercial financing.
Right now, we have two main focal points for our company. They include Unsecured Business Lines of Credit up to $250K, and Acquisition and Development Deals that have a Loan to Cost of around 65-70% and under, have a need for $10 Million to $200 Million, or more in some cases. There have been a great deal of projects that have been put on hold due to the fact that a majority of the lenders are scared to fund these types of deals.
We are directly working with five different hedge funds now that are looking for the a and d deals and are having us exclusively market their product, so it is not available anywhere else but HERE!!! Please feel free to contact me about anything you, and also any comments you feel that might make this board better!

Steven Knabe | | were we to direct a few deals your way, would you be the lender, conduit, or create a broker/co-broke situation. We're a broker, and have a few A&D deals needing HF type funding... how would this work? Are you a branch of Brian Peart's co.?
