MaryAnne | | I notice that many people in the network are saying they have colds and flu. What about you? Do you get them?
To be honest I cannot remember the last time I was sick.
I have been a vegan for 40 years and eat a very good diet. I avoid junk food. I get lots of natural exercise.
But I often wonder if being sick has to do with more than just our physical state. Is it that I don't like sickness and don't want any part of it that stops me from getting ill? Mind over matter so to speak.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
