atul khot | | Dear all, After some search, I got one from a friend of mine (made in indore). The food tastes great and you feel light after eating. Just yesterday, I left some eggs to boil in the morning and they were so well cooked - just tasted great. And Basmati rice, when cooked, the grain was so long and the rice so light - simply yummy. However, tadka does not work - you have to do the tadka outside and put it on the dal and leave it in the sun. But I can vouch for one thing - it is great fun - Just you have to turn it a bit after a few hours so the glass gets full exposure. But believe me, all that is worth the trouble... Aaloos, milk, firnee, ghee, dal, rice, chicken, moong fali - we are cooking many things with it ;-)
