 Blake Raab | | That was a very informative and well-stated article. I agree that Facebook and Twitter have almost unlimited potential. I've got @blakesdesigns and @BearsOnPatrol on Twitter, and both have done some great things for me. The first is for my custom products business, and the second is for my new nonprofit that provides free teddy bears for police officers. Toward the beginning of this month, I connected with another nonprofit that provides school supplies to low-income children. They had received 128 teddy bears, which they don't usually work with, and they are donating them to us! I'm really putting my energy into Facebook. We have a cause, a page, and a group there for Bears on Patrol. I also have a Bear Hugs application, which has had some problems lately, because it's based on a gifts application template, not under my control, but it has potential.
