David Schwartz | | I agree Mike. But also, make sure you do that with everyone you deal with. Their are plenty of "lenders" out there right now, that are just looking to obtain upfront fees.
And, not to discredit the original poster, I don't know you or how you do business, but I have always been very cautious of anyone who does not have at least a professional email address. Even if you have a company that you own, as I do, it is very inexpensive to obtain a domain name, possibly create or have a website created for you, but at the very least it is cost effective to run email off of a professional domain name.
So, to those looking to work with anyone in the real estate field, do your research, look at the contact information they give you for themselves, and if you are a commercial lender who is actively closing deals, you should take the time to purchase a domain name and begin an email account off of that and also set up a website.
