You should make use of Ryze's HTML Editor to post graphic images on your posts. It gives your message a great deal more impact. A good service to use for uploading images is Photobucket.com.  One of the great things about Photobucket, it provides you with the HTML code you need to properly size the picture on Ryze.  In other words, Photobucket simplies the process for you and still makes you look good.

Along with graphic images, I recommend including a podcast link. Give your audience both eye candy and ear candy.
