My name is David Schwartz, I am the Group Leader here and I specialize in obtaining lines of credit for clients who only need to have a 720 fico score, and are looking for the correct way to use their lines of credit, and be given assistance for the next year in increasing your lines of credit, as well as getting them out of a personal guarantee on the owner of the company, and put on the company alone.
Our other main product that we are doing now is large construction deals of any kind, preferrably not residential unless it is a REALLY strong deal. With these types of loans, we represent hedge funds that are looking for loans at a minimum of $10 Million with a Loan to Cost of 70% or lower.
