My name is Debra and I am a Therapeutic Parenting Specialist and Parenting Coach. I know from experience how often children are heavily medicated when there are other alternatives to controlling their behavior as a result of mood, attachment, attention, and behavioral disorders. Therapeutic parenting starts at home, with a new set of rules so to speak, for the parents and the children. It works by facilitating cognition, positive thinking, behavioral modification, and bonding in the child as well as creating a new model for the parent. It downplays setbacks and allows growth to come from successes. Each day is a new day and children are afforded the opportunity to grow beyond their condition rather than burying it in chemicals. So often children are misdiagnosed as ADD or ODD merely out of a family's frustration at their behavior. What I do provides a pathway to begin to break through the barriers in the child's brain through coaching the parents.
With smaller children, I like to say "They either grow into it or they grow out of it." With older children and teens however, they have often formed most of their personality and are beginning to assert their independence. That does not mean that they are unreachable by any means. The majority of the children that I have worked with are ten and older. They are absolutely reachable. They are still adaptable and pliable. If you have a difficult child or know someone who does, please don't give up hope. There is a way. I am so busy traveling and teaching.
Just wanted to add that all the children born now are psychic up front. What that means is that they feel, hear, see and sense in smell and tastes on a hyper active level. They are conscious of their true Spirit Self, but do not know how to handle it.
They know when you are lying to them or covering up something. They know they have their own ideas from their Spirit Self and often listen to Spirit Guides, Earthbounds and others sources of paranormal activities.
They need teachers to show them how to handle all this. Education is important. We need to teach all parents how to understand psychic senses and to encourage them to develop their own senses so that they are able to listen and learn from their children as well as to guide them.
I am encouraging all my students to study Psi work and to then structure classes with young parents to help them plan a better family life, where they are all calm, listening to one another and exchanging ideas and emotions without judgment. A tall order, but a very necessary one in this time of change on Earth.
Be always in love and light. Never doubt. Always trust your inner psychic self. You know what is right for you.

Therapy is the best solution to help children living with disabilities

Our children have fewer memories and therefore rely on images to identify their emotions. Children need to be allowed to explore these images and to discuss what they mean to them.
In the past we have been taught to believe the images of others and to accept them as our own. In this way, we have lost our identity. Now we, the elders, need to adapt.
All children are fighting to identify themselves in their own way and we must acknowledge that they see the world from a different perspective. No matter how blocked the conscious mind, the deep-subconscious (spirit self) is working and is scanning images and does remember and know what a child is wanting. We must learn to understand that and not impose our beliefs on them.
This generation of children are the pioneers of The Aquarian Age and will supercede the old ways eventually. The world is changing an an enormous rate and the kids are suffering because no one stops to listen to them.
I hope many light workers will give them time to learn and nurture them through these dark days. Blessings Dr Margaret Private Reply to Margaret Rogers Van Coops Ph.D., DCH., I-M | | |
