The Telephone For Business.Views: 61

What a wonderful invention the telephone was! I remember the telephone in my grandmother's house. It was a wall phone in the hall. No one ever sat when using it. It was too high for that, and at that time there were no high stools, yet I never heard anyone complain about that. It was just so great to be able to make calls and receive them. What has been your experience with your home or mobile phone?

Some people love it, others have mixed feelings about it, and there are many who hate it. I would love to read anything you might like to share on this subject. Did you know that cordless phones give out more electro-magnetic radiation than cell phones?

I carry my cell phone wherever I go. It is always turned on and I charge the battery every day. It has many features I do not use, such as video, internet and games, but I would never leave home without it.

If you are in business, you must get to love the phone, because it is such an invaluable business tool. I really can't imagine doing business without some kind of phone. By the way, have you ever been taught to use the phone for business purposes? How comfortable are you doing business on the phone?

What is your reaction to answering machines and computer-operated answering systems? Have you any tips you would like to share about using the phone for business?
