Eileen Brown | | Hello Ladies.
A question we have to ask:
• When you view the WOT home page do you have to scroll sideways?
PLEASE give us as much feedback as possible.

Thanks!

MaryAnne | | I have to scroll to the right when using AOL. I will go and check with Firefox.

MaryAnne | | Hi Firefox shows the entire page. With AOL I did not maximize the page which probably would have helped.

Lorraine Lagasse | | Good Evening,
I use Firefox and yes I do have to scroll down on the right side bar to view the page.

Eileen Brown | | Thanks Lorraine.
I'm sure we will get more of the same if some other members could find time to comment.
These factors come into play:
• Screen Resolution. Find this (in Windows OS Vista) in your control panel, personalizations, display settings. In XP it may be easier to find.
• Actual monitor size. If the resolution you have set is not the recommended resolution for the monitor size, this could be causing viewing problems.
• The browser you are using. Personalized settings effect the screen presentation of any web site. If you zoom in too much, you'll have a sideways scroll most of the time. If you are used to this, and think it is OK, no problem.
The deal is, research shows that folks don't mind scrolling down, but pretty much think scolling sideways should not be necessary. Is irritating and put people off. They'll likely blip out and not explore the web site.
We want to present as well as possilbe to the majority of members. This goes for ryze pages too, so your input is valuable in more ways than one.
Thanks.
