We all have a need to network and to make those networking
connections grow. By making the SAME connections in
different places our networking efforts DO actually GROW. How
is this possible? One phrase should sum up quite nicely:
"Multiple 'down-lines' of people." I use the phrase 'down-line'
instead of friends as many understand that a downline is
potential income. The word 'friends' does not mean the
same thing. Or does it?
The word 'friends' means connections to those of like mind.
If you are in business and your friend is in business, it
only makes sense to RECOMMEND YOUR FRIENDS services or
products to others. This is networking at it's best. SO as
you traverse around, remember to make friends. People who
know you well enough to recommend you AND your
service/products are more valuable than any down-line.
With that in mind, we need to connect at as many places as
possible. More networking means more friends which leads
to more clientele (potential down-lines, if you will).
Here (in this thread), let's get twitter and facebook
listed. ANY other connections could (should) be listed on
your ryze page. Don't jump the gun newbies! If you don't
have a facebook or twitter account, you may want to wait
until you have a handle on HOW TO NETWORK effectively
before jumping in with both feet! If you get TOO confused
your networking efforts will go awry. Mind-bogglin'
yourself won't help you network!
