Margaret Rogers Van Coops Ph.D., DCH., I-M | | Hello everyone, With so much going on around the world; so many countries in war and turmoil, I thought it would be good to remind those who live in the Western World and Asian countries that some of the little everyday things may seem like a war zone to you now. Each day a multitude of changes can happen which may seem a calamity. Less money, no job, loss of a relative or friends, broken marriages etc. During such happenings is is hard to stand alone, feel fearless and meet challenges head on.
I would like to remind you that change can be exciting and that fear and panic can be turned into energy that is stimulating and exhilerating when you have a positive attitude. You can go beyond your boundries. Climb the highest mountain because you want to. The key is desire. Time to sit down and think about what you want most out of your life. Then manifest the desire and go out and do it.
Be as independent as humanily possible. Never take "no" from anyone, including yourself. Stimulate and congratulate yourself constantly. Be your own fan. Revel in attention when it comes, but move on to something new soon after. Remember, nothing stays the same. So, let go and fly.
