Erica Hidvegi | | It has been a long time since I have RYZEd over to RYZE and posted anything because most of the groups I do belong to here, have been inactive for months and do not accept new posts. This group being one of the few good ones left, I thought it best to tell my friends here about the updates I have implemented into my SPIRIT page at the Enlightenment-psych.net
MP3 downloads are very popular with Ipods, and possibly other telephone/computer capable mobile units; but I don't know the ins and outs of technology. I do know that my SPIRIT page is all about wellness through self improvement.
I hope people will check out what I offer that changes every 6-9 days.
