Great advice!

I would add to your list that people should be taking top quality, whole food vitamin/mineral supplements. Why? Because no matter how well we eat, our foods are lacking in nutrients (proven) so our bodies are not getting what they need to function properly and ward off "bad" stuff.

We have been eating a particular supplement for 2-1/2 years now and have not had as much as a sniffle. That is because they are scientifically proven to build healthy cells.

WHEN THE BODY HAS WHAT THE BODY NEEDS, HEALTHY CELLS, THE BODY CAN DO WHAT THE BODY WAS CREATED TO DO - REPAIR, RESTORE AND HEAL ITSELF. (Scientifically proven). We sure have found that to be true.

I will speak as an American - we do not take care of our basic good health, fall to pieces and expect the latest drug to fix us. It's crazy!

Stay healthy!

I agree, Diane. If we are going to take a supplement, it needs to be high-quality, or we are simply wasting our money. The latest drugs will definitely not fix up, but neither will a basic, low-quality supplement. We need to watch what we eat, take good supplements, and exercise on a daily basis.
