We are looking for simple procedures, if possible.
They have 10 Million to spend on a reoccurring basis (think every 60-90 days).
Need:
Northern CA
Placer, EL Dorado, Sacremento and or Sutter Counties
70-72% on the dollar
All SFRS
Light to Moderate Rehab
They should be easy to proof up!
