Sounds simple, doesn't it? It is and it isn't. I think it probably is, but I think we probably complicate our lives. Throughout the ages, people have searched for meaning to their lives, for their purpose of being, why? What am I here for? I think Mathatma Gandhi says it in 5 simple little words..."my life is my message." When I go back over MY life and see a pattern of what I've repeatedly done, I come up with a life of "teaching others to love one another." This is backed by intuition, a gut level feeling that this is the reason I exist, so I've been content for 35 years or so that I've found my major purpose in life. Wonderful way to start the week. Life is so precious, yet we take it for granted so often.
My life's message is to be me, and for those who know me to learn for them to be who they are - not to try to live up or down to other's expectaions.

Just be who we are, northing more, nothing less...we are all so unique! We are One of a Kind, so let it be, appreciate ourselves. The turmoil of some lives would just disipate as we stop living to others' expectations. By appreciating ourselves, we would appreciate others more also. It is good that you recognize your life's message. Private Reply to Barbara Haynes | | |
