Answers to your queries:
a) Yes, we will give you the email IDs.
b) Its email marketing
c) Yes, we will give you the email ID which needs to be reflected for any response from the prospect.
d) This is an ongoing project.
e) We are getting quotes, hence budgets will be freezed once we have a min. of 5 companies giving us the quotes.

Thanks for the clarifications .
Since this is a pretty simple project,and is ongoing,I would like to quote on per hour basis,with min.commitment of Rs.25000 per month for period of 3 months i.e Rs.75,000/-
(Month - Mon-Fri , 20 days, 8 hours per day)
or
Per hour basis - Rs.250/ hour min. 60 hrs per month.
( 3 hrs/day for 20 days)
Based on the success of the project , if required we can also provide follow-up support @Rs.15,000 per month.
Availability - within 3 days of confirmation of the project.
Payment - via wire transfer per week.
Weekly reporting and mode of operations can be discussed and mutually agreed to ensure success of this project.
Any bank charges if any applicable will be extra at actuals.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or clarifications.
