From time to time I receive requests to find buyers for either REOs or different types of Notes, ex. SFH, Commercial, Land, Businesses and others.

Our firm is actively buying REO's, Non performing notes etc. that are US based tranches or mortgages. Would like direct contact with bank officers (Large or small - i.e. Barclay's, DB, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo etc) Please NO brokers ....also would consider private equity, investment group(s) or hedge funds looking to liquidate real estate portfolios.
We are not region specific, but must be US residential and or commercial properties.
We will consider transactions of any size from $50 M (BPO) and up.
