The fact is that the human body is a haven for probably thousands of different kinds of parasites. These parasitic freeloaders unfortunately excrete toxic substances that cause diseases which often go un-diagnosed. Walking bare-foot is all you need to do to enable parasites to enter your body through the skin. Then of course more commonly they enter the body by way of the mouth.
The toxins produced by parasites are often stored by the body in fat. The fat acts as a shield to protect vital organs, but nevertheless vital organs are sometimes affected anyway over time. On the advice of an expert on Parasitology I stopped eating raw frish which I had grown to like very much.
In conclusion, I would say that if you are having difficulty getting rid of fat, the reason could be that you are infected with parasites and need to take anti-parasitic medicines to get rid of them. People don't forget to de-worm their pets, but neglect to de-worm themselves. There is a product available from Pharmacies for this purpose and there are also a number of herbs such as Black Walnut that have stron anti-parasitic properties. Parasites live best in an acid environment and some are anaerobic. That is they thrive in the absence of Oxygen.
