I have an Idea but do not know if this will work.

Can a cell phone be charged by dialing a number?

I had my VHF tranciever telephone patched and also operated by a PK 232 modem with PC having 30 MB hard disc 20 years back. About cellphones ... we have two car drivers two chambermaids and one cook in our household who know better than me. Hands up! ......... to technology

technology is not patented . . . . it is old hat just like wristwatch winding itself when a wearer walks and so on . . . . . the issue is the commercial viability and not the technology . . . . let us see when engineering catches up with commerce!

How do I explain the way it would work to a common man. I am in need of details on how such a concept would work. I am not worried about the viability at this moment. It is more of a theoretical concept that I need to understand.
