 Mirdza Hayden | | Don't just take supplements as magic pills or potions because they will NOT work. Take supplements to SUPPLEMENT your already healthy nutrition. Eat healthy, cutting down (or out) on white flour and white sugar things like white bread, white pasta, pastries, etc. Also cut down on processed foods, including fast food stuff. These things are ok to eat in moderation, but don't make it a habit to eat them on a regular basis.
SUPPLEMENT your nutrition with supplements, don't take them as magic pills or potions.
