Anyone have some interesting breakfast recipes?

I saw a cooking show where they were making breakfast pizza, it looked
very good. They used eggs for the crust - like an omlette without
folding it in half, then added tomatoes (canned but cut up), some
mint and then cheese - then baked a few minutes.

Good old bagels and cream cheese with a slice of tomato & onion.

I am alergic to milk and eggs, so eating is difficult. I'm not a meat eater, I'm alergic to peanuts and a few other nuts, soy is high on my list of alergies. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Jellybeans and watermelon always do the trick with my six children.
