I don't think it is possible to get that.
My common sense says that it should be available in all the International AirPorts and no where else. Have you tried there?
And do you want it regular or for one instance.

VA Abraham | | Google for Telegraph and search the website. There is a good possibility that you will get the e paper of the telegraph free of cost, if not there will be a membership for this.

As Ranauk said ... the uncle shop next to K C Das on St.Marks' is the best bet ... he doesn't buy the paper everyday and keep them ... but if you order and pick it up regularly he would get it for you ...
Some ten years back .. the same uncle helped me to get Singapore papers ... and all business editions of Singapore when I was into Biz development ...
Try your luck ... I am not sure whether he can cater ... but I have a feeling he may deliver the same to you the next day ... or latest by the same day evening ... in case it lands timely ...
