Don't follow the latest diet fad. So many people jump on and off the latest diet fad and then get disappointed. Your body needs stability, so get yourself in the habit of living a healthy lifestyle every day. Find a plan that will work for YOU and stick to it. Make sure you incorporate an exercise routine that has all three elements (cardio, strength training and flexibility), eat healthy (cutting down on sugar, white flour and processed oils and foods), and taking high-quality supplements, including antioxidants, omega-3s and protein.

I found the Beck Diet solution train your brain to think like a thin person. It is a 42 day program and the diet doesn't start until day 14. It is cognitive Therapy. We need to think like a thin person does. Then we will eat like a thin person. I am on day 18. So far so good.
